    disappointing customer service experience

    The view from my Standard King Room is fine, showcasing the vibrant cityscape. The pool area offers a nice escape, perfect for lounging under the sun. The room decor is modern and appealing.

    Management's handling of reservation cancellations is unsatisfactory.

    Everything was perfect during 5 days, liked its magnificent location near to the restaurants, and Rabat. The staff was really helpful and caring, provided personalized services and helped with free parking. Had an excellent stay here.

    I had a wonderful 4-night experience with a spacious and well-appointed Standard King Room. The breakfast was a standout, with delicious options every morning.     The marriott has a great location and the staff were excellent, especially sanae m and the housekeeping team. They kept my room super clean and even folded my towels into beautiful shapes! Dining options were fantastic, and my colleagues loved the food at the restaurant.
